Customer service is NON EXISTENT!!
I placed an order on Wednesday night and wanted to talk to a customer rep on Thursday. I called the phone number listed. Message says no live representatives are available to text the same number or use the Live Widget on the website which does not work!! Sent several texts received replies that they would contact me soon and they never did. Cancelled CC since I could not cancel the order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I received a meal that was ripped during transportation. The customer service agent Jordy was quick, and applied a discount to me next payment.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription since Monday because I do not have the funds to keep the subscription going currently, but would love to come back later. Both through text & email. All have fallen on deaf ears because no one has messaged or emailed back. I feel as if I’m being ignored. It’s been over 48 hours since my first message. what I first thought was a great company, has severely been mistaken on my part

It didn’t mention anything about an auto renewal and now I’m having trouble cancelling it. The live chat that supposed to be in the bottom right is not there and I can’t get in contact with anybody. Can’t pay my phone bill because this auto renewed. My card will be locked where they can’t charge me again.

I liked the representative that helped me, however i dislike that my issue was not really resolved, as a claim needed to be submitted and i must wait for approval before I am credited back for meals I never received.
